  Why Network Spinal Analysis Is Important To Me Personally

  As a boy I had a major trauma. I was hit by a car, flew a few feet, and struck my head breaking my skull. I was 8 years old. Things seemed all right for a few years and then around the age of 14, I started to have debilitating back pain. My mother worked for a big hospital in NYC and took me to see many doctors. None of them helped me. Then one day I was taken to a different kind of doctor, called a Chiropractor This doctor was really nice, spoke right to me, not at me, and did something to my back that made it feel a whole lot better. Advance forward about 12 years. I was 26 and had graduated from Art School, was working in construction, audio visual technology and art installation, and living a nice life on the Lower East Side in NYC. One day, after lifting up a child of a friend of mine, my back went into spasm. I could barely move. I went to see a chiropractor and got relief. A few years later, I decided to study to become a Massage Therapist I had always liked working with my hands and I wanted a new challenge for myself. I realized that the curriculum for massage school was highly scientific and to my astonishment, I was really good at it. I started to think that maybe I could become a Chiropractic Doctor myself. My experience of being helped at such a young age by a Chiropractor had always stayed with me. Then came the day that changed the course of my life A month or so before entering Chiropractic College, a friend from massage school said to me, “You’ve got to come and see this Chiropractor I am working with.” So she took a few of us in her car to New Jersey to see Dr. Fred Kingsbury, DC. Dr. Kingsbury practiced Network Chiropractic, the forerunner of what is now Network Spinal Analysis. Dr. Marc Rabinowitz, Network Spinal Analysis chiropractor is born He had a room full of people laying on various tables. I received the care he gave and got up to leave. It wasn’t until I was outside, in the snow, without my coat, hat, wallet, keys, or SHOES, that I realized “this is way different” from any Chiropractic experience that I’d had before. I went back into his office, paid, sat down and waited for my friends. I went to Chiropractic College, graduated Magna Cum Laude, and have chosen to study and practice Network Spinal Analysis since then I have been in practice 15 years, and every time I see Dr. Kingsbury at a Network Spinal Analysis seminar, yep, he’s still practicing this stuff; I smile and remember my first experience and am grateful.
